When bringing into effect The Government Program Quality over 2001-2003, in 2003 Republican Unitary Enterprise Belarusian Broadcasting Centre established and put in operation the quality management system according to the international standards ISO 9001. For the purpose of execution of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 05, 2004 No.269-3 “On Quality Requirements Assessment of Technical Regulatory Acts in Technical Rate Setting and Standardization”.

In 2004 Republican Unitary Enterprise Belarusian Broadcasting Centre presented the quality management system for certification in respect of TV programs translation, sound programs on-air translation in the wire broadcast networks for compliance with requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001. According to the results of certification by the Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification attached to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.03.2007 certificate of compliance for a period of 3 years registered in the National Certification Register under No.BY/112 05.01.002 0313 was issued to Belarusian Broadcasting Centre RUE.

Following The Government Program “Quality” over 2004-2006, STB ISO 9004-2001 “Quality Management Systems. Improvement Recommendations”, the results of external and internal audits, as well as the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 19, 2005 No.45-3 “On Electrical Communication” the top management of the enterprise initiated the procedures processing of the Quality Management Systems for the purpose of further service quality improvement and of the entire enterprise activity.
